June 5th

Couple of announcements/reminders as we finish up our first full week of practice.

Trial Period: The last day to practice without registering is Friday, June 7th. If you were trying out the team and wish to continue please go ahead and get that registration put in online.

Paid in Full:Paid in full deadline is Monday, June 10th. All payments must be completed by the end of the 8 and under practice this day. This includes, swim team dues, volunteer deposit check, and pool membership dues. If you have any questions about if you have paid or not, please email me and I can give you the details.

Stroke and Turn Training: The last stroke and turn training is Monday, June 10th from 6:00 to 7:30 at Warwick Yacht Club 400 Maxwell Ln - please consider attending to be a stroke and turn judge. GPSA Swim Clinic: They are still accepting registrations for the swim clinic this weekend if you want to sign up your swimmers use the link below: : https://www.gpsaswimming.org/register/85882/main

Team Cookout: The team cookout is Wednesday, June 12th. It starts around 6:00 pm after our 8 and under practice is over and ends by 8:00 pm. This is a potluck-style cookout with free swim throughout the cookout. The team provides the hotdogs and hamburgers, we have the families provide the sides. We ask that all families go onto their swimtopia app and RSVP to let us know how many in your family will be attending as well as sign up to bring a dish or two to share. Item sign up is under the "jobs" sign up tab next to the team cookout calendar event.

Morning Practice Start: with school ending next week, we will begin morning practices on Thursday, June 13th based on the following schedule:

13 and up: 8 am to 9 am

9 to 12: 9 am to 10 am

8 and under: 10 am to 10:45 am --reminder parent or guardian needs to be in attendance during this practice.
