Good Morning,

If you are getting this email, it is because you have an 8 and under swimmer and they qualify to swim in a special meet sponsored by the GPSA called the 8 and Under Super Hero Splashdown.

This is a fun meet that all GPSA pools participate in with only 8 and under swimmers. The kids come in their swimsuits and can dress as super heros. All 8 and under events are swam at this meet along with some fun relays as well.

When: Saturday, July 13 - warm ups 7:30 to 8:15 am meet starts at 9 am

Where: Coventry Harvest Lake Pool - 206 Honeysuckle Lane

Volunteer: Once the meet is merged, our pool will be responsible for providing volunteers to help run this meet based on the number of participants - If your child participates, you MUST volunteer a shift of time at this meet - this shift does not count towards your volunteer point total.

Contest: there is a best dressed super hero contest - one boy and one girl swimmer will be selected

Please reply to this email by Friday and let me know if your child will or will not be participating. 

As a team, we pay per swimmer and per event they swim so we need an accurate count. We can't add or subtract last minute on this one.
