Swimmers Arrive by: 5:00 pm upon arrival, please check in with Carrie Spinner (Jax's mom) 

Warm Ups: 5:20 pm 

Officials Meeting: 5:45 pm 

Meet Start: 6:00 pm 

Running Man is doing a Christmas in July theme for this meet so come celebrate the holidays summer style - Swimmers can wear or bring any Christmas related gear. This is just for fun!!! 

Parking: in the parking lot next to the pool and grassy area by the lot - if you park on street remember that the bike/walking lane is used actively so avoid that Concessions: accepts cash and venmo - serves hotdogs/ hamburgers/ pizza, nachos, walking tacos/ drinks/ sweet frog
