I can't believe it but we have come to another swim season already!!!

Registration for the 2025 season is now open!!!

Payment can be made online with credit card or you can pick to pay with cash or check in person.

Team Swag - When filling out the registration, there is an opportunity for families to purchase extra 2025 team shirts during the registration. Don't forget that all swimmers get a team shirt as part of registration so purchased shirts will be for any additional family members. These shirts are offered in unisex t-shirts only. We will be opening a Tarpon Spirit Store through Printsables - more details to come. These shirts will have a set design and will be able to be printed on t-shirts, razorback t-shirts, and tank tops along with visors and baseball caps. Shout out and thanks to Scott Cole for designing both shirts and helping update the logo! Volunteer Requirement - When registering, we will continue our volunteer point system similar to last season. The number of volunteer points per family will be finalized and communicated to families by Saturday, June 7th after registration closes and we know how many swimmers and families we have registered. All families are required to turn in a volunteer deposit check made out to Hidenwood Recreation Association for $150 and post dated for August 4, 2025 to the boosters. At the end of the season, checks will be returned or destroyed, family preference, if all volunteer points are met. The exception to the volunteer requirement is only for first year swimming families who have a 6 and under swimmer. Volunteer jobs will open up for sign up as soon as the GPSA loads our swim meets into Swimtopia! I'll send out an email once the sign ups are live. All families are asked to make a drink donation for our concession stand - this sign up is live and active on the sign up calendar Registration Requirement - Registration officially closes, Friday, June 6th Families must have their pool membership and swim team membership paid in full and their volunteer deposit check turned into the boosters by June 9th to be eligible to be added to the official roster and to participate on the team. Boosters will be available to accept cash and check payments and volunteer deposit checks Sunday, May 4th at the pool work day and at practice during the first week of practice. Practice Schedule: Afternoon practices begin Tuesday, May 27th - click on the practice schedule tab to see the times for your age groups. You can also see the dates for when we switch to AM practice schedule and the timings for the morning practices. Mini-Meet -

This year, instead of the 8 and under meet, the GPSA is going back to a true mini meet - this is going to be Saturday, July 26th at the Hampton Aquaplex - this is a league wide meet for all swimmers who did not make times that qualify for City Meet.

Coaches - We are excited that all 3 of our coaches will return to their coaching roles: Beth Lee as head coach, Orion Blazey as assistant coach, and Abby Blount as junior assistant coach. Team Sponsors- Last year we had incredible team sponsors. If you own a business or know a business that would be interested in sponsoring our swim team, please reach out.
