Registration End Fast Approaching: 

Last day for swim team registration is Tuesday, June 9th 

***Swimmers must be registered

***Swim team registration must be paid in full 

***Volunteer deposit check must be given to boosters 

***Pool Membership Dues must be paid in full All of the above must be completed by Tuesday, June 9th 

All Call Last Spirit Wear Order: 

Last spirit wear order is due Tuesday, June 9th. If you still want spirit wear click on our team store and place your order!!! https://hidenwood.swimtopia.com/shop Volunteer Point Requirements: 

All families need to volunteer at total of 6 points this season If you have signed up for more than 6 points please go into swimtopia and drop the shifts you are not planning on fulfilling so that other families can sign up for those slots 

Last Day of Afternoon Practice: 

Afternoon practices next week will be Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday is the last night of afternoon practices 

Morning Practices Start: Morning practices will begin Wednesday, June 10th on the following schedule: 8:00 am to 9:00 am - 13 and up 9:00 am to 10:00 am - 9-12 10:00 am to 10:45 am - 8 and under** **reminder that a parent, guardian, or responsible adult needs to be present during the 8 and under practice - this is not a drop off practice 

Team Cookout/Parent Meeting: Team cookout and parent meeting is Tuesday, June 9th after the 8 and under practice **Team Handbook is attached to this email Grillers need to arrive by 6:00 pm Servers need to arrive by 6:30 pm Please have all food at the pool by 7:00 pm Please go onto swimtopia and sign up for a dish to share - this is a potluck style cookout - the team provides the hamburgers and hot dogs Parent meeting will start at 7:00 on the party deck (starts during the 8 and under practice) Cook out will start after the conclusion of the parent meeting and there will be free swim until 8:30 pm 

Team Pictures/Red and White Meet Team pictures are Thursday, June 11th **individual pictures will start at 4:30 pm followed by the team picture at 5:30 pm Picture order form is attached to this email Red and White Meet (intersquad time trials meet) will start following pictures Warm ups start at 5:30 pm Meet starts at 6:00 pm Please log into swimtopia and RSVP to the meet - let the coaches know if your swimmer(s) will be swimming in the red and white meet.
